Elevator seen like you can get stuck in it. Needs repair and too slow.

100% satisfied upon move in. My one and only concern is rent increase.

It is ok. It is also well maintained.

In a search for storage units, I did visit many but none like Saf Storage with clean facility, hassle free registration and great customer service. With 3 months 50% of, providing vehicle for Move-in and move-in helpers this is the best bet. Appreciate all the help from Michael (manager), Alex and another Michael who helped to move in. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Price is good, service is good. Location is skeptical, it is close to a recycling center, and no offense but there are many homeless at that area.

I have two PS Storage places. The one at the this location and one on Tully. The app doesn't work at either one. It did work at the Tully location but now it doesn't and they haven't fixed it.

Friendly service. Was very quick and proficient in addressing any questions. Total time I had to spend setting up my locker was less than an hour.

Being open only until 6pm is the one thing I do not like about this location. The staff is great and the upkeep is too! I just do not care for the time restrictions for this location.

PS 's prices and its services are the best for consumers.

Older storage building so floor in my unit is kind of dirty. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I've been doing bussiness at this particular location and Julia who manages this place along with the rest of the crew Teresa ..Mary..Sheila and Brian have been always helpful every time ive ever needed to lease a unit ....dispose of some small trash bags or report a break in...whatever the case maybe they all put their best foot forward in helping me through any situation i might ve found myself in. Easy to find spaces on line. Management immediately reaches out to both confirm move in and answer questions. On day of move in, management is fast, friendly, and very accommodating to make move in and straight forward as possible (can't say as easy because moving never really is).

Great experience - easy booking and move in with hasslefree access whenever I need to get back to my unit. Very secure too.

Place is clean and well staffed. I have some personal issues with this storage and the one next door. My suggestion is they are looking out for the themselves so watch out for yourself.

The employees are very polite, courteous and helpful and the facility is clean and well maintained, is supposedly has surveillance cameras and gate security, my main concern is the location. It is in an area where you have to drive down a street with what appears to be either a homeless area, or something. This is a concern of mine. I may not have anything to worry about, but that I don't know as of yet.

I moved in on the 3r of March. Noticed people leaving there garbage on the stairway and also in the area looks like a walkway near the elevator #534? between bldg D&E. today I moved in more things in my storage unit the garbage is still there next to the elevator and as I went upstairs someone left more garbage by the elevator. It just need someone to do daily walk through so the building itself doesn't look trashy.
