Well let's start off and say the on site manager is the best ,(Hassan)!!!! It's very very clean and they also have great promotions. I would recommend it to anybody.

At first they are nice and helpful but once you are a customer. The manager is sarcastic , egoistic. The units are old, dusty, no climate control, electrical does not work, during the summer full of ants. Noise from car wash. Several occasions the gate was opened for days 24 hrs. The office was the only improvement. New manager who is young a fake and after you are customer. He has a big ego. Rent increases after your promotion ends from 20% to 55% increases some every 39 days. Gate until 7pm for their prices are too high for what you are getting . 2 miles away you get newer drive up and gate 9pm There is no comparison. The only thing is the price amount other than that .this is the lowest quality.

The storages are old ,dusty, during the summer ants infestation. Roof leak. And all the prices listed are High for old beat-up inits without any climate control and no electricity. Do expect prices increases around 20% up to 100%. I received a postcard on 2/4 in shortest month that effectively 3/01 my rent will be 41% increased. Thats 24 days actually. District Manager claims unless i stayed next mo credit otherwise she could not do anything . New manager is sarcastic , egotistical.. not helpful only a front at the beginning. Gate hours 7pm .. the only upgrades their office. expect the worse treatment once you are a customer. .DONﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢T RECOMEND !!!!

I faced issue reserving the space on-line. Even though I paid it succesfully only I had to argue with the proprietary which was not able to find my paid reservation. Half an hour lost waiting for solution.

I booked a 10*10 storage online, and then moved things here the day before the Christmas Eve. The storage is a little smaller than I ecpected, but luckily everything went well, the office staff was very friendly and helpful.The price is also good with first month free, additional insurance fee is required but $10/per month is acceptable. Overall it's a good choice.
