Good customer service easy going

My entire experience with Trojan Storage was very pleasant. From getting pricing, availability, and reserving our storage unit to our move-in day and filling out the paperwork, getting the software loaded and actually moving in to the unit, everyone was so professional.

The location is good, love the digital lock system, the property is very clean and the staff is very nice!!

This is a very clean and secure storage facility. I was impressed because I have been to many and never encountered this before. The gentlemen that helped us was friendly and knowledgeable.

The customer service is excellent. The facility is clean and convenient. The later hours is a huge bonus! However the narrow shape of the units, and doors make the space square footage less than ideal. Prices are below the going rates. The reason I'm not giving this 5 stars and would not recommend this facility is because it's fully automated with keyless entry. Not only do I have zero trust that this type of system can't be hacked... if you're relying on the app, you have to have your phone with you, charged and location tracking on. I don't feel comfortable with that set up. So I bought the key fob option. But the second time I tried to access my unit, the fob didn't work to open my unit. It worked to open the gate, hallway doors, restroom... But not my unit. Fortunately the office was open or I would've needed to call the hotline and hope remotely they could help me. The staff had taken the extra steps to test my phone app and key fob when I initially rented. Then they were quick to resolve the key fob issue and get me in my unit. However if I was having trouble with extra walking, limited on time, or paying by the hour for moving help (all which I was) this was an extra hassle for me. Over all I like everything about this facility, outside of the shape of the unit. But the keyless entry makes me very concerned and is less than ideal.

This place is cool. Everything is computerized, I paid and downloaded the app, no need for keys or locks, Inwas embarrassed when I left my phone in the unit, staff was quick to walk me back to my unit and let me right in ::)

Everything was very easy and clear from start to finish. Staff is very courteous, personable, and responsive, they helped make sure I understood everything about the unit and the facility.

I needed a nearby temporary storage unit and got an amazing deal for the first 2 months of my storage unit. Its a great place with very easy to use and secure storage units. I never have to worry about anything happening to my storage unit cause I know its safe inside a building that only we have access to.
