My move-in went relatively smoothly. Would definitely recommend making sure you have their app downloaded, get familiar with it so you can navigate which access points you are using, and make sure your phone is charged so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get locked out. One negative thing I experienced was being charged 3 times for the admin fee. Not sure if it was a mistake or what happened. I work a lot so calling to fix it during their business hours has been a hassle for me. Pay attention to the charges before you walk out. Aside from that, everything else is pretty smooth and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with this place.

I'm not good with names but the Lady at the front desk was very helpful very informative didn't have a billion questions for her because she covered everything I was pretty amazed I wish alot of customer service representatives would be more like her!

Nice facility. Troubled with all the pesky rules and penalties seemed to trip up customers. I mean, no garbage cans, but will levy $500 for littering? That is disturbing. Minimal insurance pricing by unit size instead of customer's decided value of the insured also seems grabby to me. This is the one I find the most troubling. Must use the mobile app to access the facility and by extension my unit. What if there is a dysfunction in communication or connectivity issues or a simple device defect or loss, then no access?
