I am pleased with the facility. Customer service was excellent and I felt safe and secure leaving my belongings here. Getting into my unit is also very convenient. I knocked off half a star becuase getting out of the facility can be tricky. The sensors to open the gate do not work well and can take serveral moments before opening.
