We got a wonderful special and we were treated like we were wanted as customer. We were giving a tour of the property and a few different storages to pick from. After we left we lease and Keys,we looked at each other and said we picked the right one!

The location is difficult to find. GPS took us to Public Storage a few get away. The sign could be a lot bigger. We were leery of the security for break-ins in the units way in the back over the trench. The gate hours are inconvenient. It should be accessible in the summer when it gets dark later. We had to extend our moving van rental to come back the next day. Ironically, someone accidently called to confirm the reservation and when I griped about the hours we were accommodated to stay until 8pm for the move in. We'll see if we stay after a few months if accessing our things becomes an issue. Customer service is excellent though. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
