Makes it easier for moving, having the door next to the truck

Very nice storage place overall. The staff member was super friendly and helpful. Only thing to note, don't show up with a large box truck, especially one with a car carrier. It will not fit in the gated entrance. I had to drop the car carrier and still my 16' box truck could barely make the turn. I think a 20' box truck would not be able to enter the gate.

Convenient safe location. Pricing for 10x20 space was one of the lbest in all of North County.

I consider myself lucky that I found this facility so quickly. My former storage facility gave me short notice to vacate because of remodeling work in progress. In one day I found Storage West, rented a space in one day and moved in the next! I'm very happy!

I recently moved into a large space at Storage West. Misagh is wonderful to work with and made the move-in process very easy, even during the quarantine. The floor could have been a lot cleaner but for the price of the space, I didn't mind sweeping it out myself. Whoever was in the space before me left a ton of dirt and fine sand behind. An intense vacuuming or power wash between tenants would be a nice idea. I use the space for my home staging inventory so the cleaner, the better.

Clean space, easy move in, a little more than I had hoped to pay for a small space being that I am a college student but I appreciate the security.

Clean units although I wish the plave was open after 7 pm. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s hard to get off work and get over there sometimes.

Very smooth process and getting in and getting your storage space secured. Very good perk and having the moving truck available when needed.

The onsite Manager, Misagh, listened to what my situation was, gave me options, helped me pick the right size for what I need it for, found me the best deal, loaned me a moving truck for free, helped me get my motorcycle inside. He was friendly and professional. Top of the line at what he does. I am so impressed and thankful to him for his help. I would come here again and recommend this Storage Facility to anyone. Easy access to load n unload, gated with access code, onsite manager, security cameras, no thefts. Price is reasonable if not cheaper then other Storage Facilities. Depends on size. Talk to Misagh because he will know what discounts are available.

the only down side was the unit was thick w/ fine dirt and it took along time to get it clean enough to start filling it! Hopefully it will seal up and not keep happening! ;-))
