Extra Space Storage - 3703 - San Marcos - Mission Rd

Unit had lots of dust. Customer service is good. Door doesn't seal well to keep the dust out.

The staff are accommodating and friendly! The facility is clean and quiet. They have the best prices around.They make the entire process easy!

Was happy to find a large enough unit which helped with storage and was available immediately.

I am very pleased with how quick I was in my unit. Made reservation online to move in next day. And next day I was in a big hurry to pick up u haul truck and what I thought was going to take forever. Only took 7 min.

This place has been robbed multiple times,storages broken into often, due to homeless living on property(mangement will not evict). Gate is often broken and not secure. Place has rodent infestation they try to eradicate but its impossible due to the tweakers living there. Garbage and urine. Police are there often. office is only open five days and is not doing a good job. Corporate help is nonexistant. Look elsewhere if you value your belongings.

This is an overall good facility, but I wish there were more lights outside the building where my unit is located, and I wish the swing-door in the unit would stay open while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m taking things in and out of the unit. Management (Mackenzie) is very nice, honest, and has been very responsive to my questions and needs!

Good people, decent deals. Was what I needed when I needed it.

Sweet owner. Does everything in her power to accommodate and make issues disappear.
