Ramone, in the office, (20421) was pleasant and efficient. The storage unit was clean and easily accessible. I have used this facility on Merrydale in San Rafael 4 times now. I feel that my items are safe for the transition window that I'm in each time. I would recommend this facility.

We signed up for a Public Storage unit online and got a very good price. When we went to the facility, the staff was helpful and courteous and explained everything. We were allowed to see the unit before we signed. The facility is clean and well lit. So far, so good.

I called your competitor first and got absolutely NO help with determining the size of storage container I needed. When I got on the phone with Public Storage the first thing you said to me was exactly what I'd been trying to get Heirloom to help me with. It was so refreshing! My dealings with the local Public Storage manager were great; he is friendly and professional and very helpful.

Manager is really on the ball and made things really easy to set up and personally showed me all the ins and outs, from setting up my account to showing me the space. Have made first trip there and all worked as planned.
