Ramone, in the office, (20421) was pleasant and efficient. The storage unit was clean and easily accessible. I have used this facility on Merrydale in San Rafael 4 times now. I feel that my items are safe for the transition window that I'm in each time. I would recommend this facility.

Had a great time moving in yesterday. Paperwork took 10 minutes, unit was as described, value great, service top notch.

We signed up for a Public Storage unit online and got a very good price. When we went to the facility, the staff was helpful and courteous and explained everything. We were allowed to see the unit before we signed. The facility is clean and well lit. So far, so good.

The manager, Ramon is great. Knowledgeable, friendly and calm! Moving is so stressful! He was very patient with all my questions.

When I got on the phone with Public Storage the first thing you said to me was exactly what I'd been trying to get Heirloom to help me with. It was so refreshing! My dealings with the local Public Storage manager were great; he is friendly and professional and very helpful.

This Public Storage facility was terrific and suited our needs perfectly as a temporary storage facility. Marshall and Lisa were both very helpful and courteous. They even would make a courtesy call to make sure that we were not charged a late fee. Thank you!

Needed a storage space for kids stuff that they want to keep but don't have room. And other items too. Manager is really on the ball and made things really easy to set up and personally showed me all the ins and outs, from setting up my account to showing me the space. Have made first trip there and all worked as planned.
