Initial storage unit rented had a sloped roof making the storage space much smaller than expected. This was NOT disclosed to me when I signed up over the phone. I was then charged an additional $25.00 Change Fee to move into a storage unit with a flat roof. Very shady!

Good small tall space was just what I needed dto store prepacked fragile things to protect them for my house move. this way I can move them safely into my new home when I am ready.
