Hello there, Michael manages the Petaluma store. He went all out to help me. I difdn?t ask. He just did!!! He got me a deal I can afford on a disability budget. He was the only one that helped. I spioke with the Corte Madera Manager and she said she could not help me. I even asked if she could speak with the district manager. She flat out refused me. So I am so hapoy Michael helped me. I got a storage unit close to my apartment. The kind of service Michael gave me is a once in a liferime experience!! I am grateful and thankful because of him.i am within my budget and close to home!! ???
