I will only use this facility for storage. Everyone is so friendly and helpful always. The prices are always reasonable and I am able to pay online if after hours. I recommend this facilty to anyone in need of storage for long term or short term.

Already submitted my feedback, but renting a room was made easy by the guys at Public Storage.

I used Public Storage a few years ago. Unexpected circumstances arose and I needed a place to store my things., they were the first people that I called. From the start, Juan listened to my needs, was caring when I was crazed, found the best unit for me, was professional, calm and understanding of my situation. It is safe, well lit, clean and secure. I highly recommend the company.

Excellent customer service. Very clean. I believe management/owners live on site. Only knock, in my opinion, is that it closes too early, but I could understand why. Overall, it's a pretty sweet place and I would recommend to anyone!

Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. She managed to make sure that my friend and myself who got separate units were satisfied with the locations. She explained all details of leasing from this locations with detail but still in an efficient manor and made the experience as a whole enjoyable.

Great customer service and easy to work with!

I would give it more stars but: 1) even though it's supposed to be climate controlled - which we're clearly paying for with higher prices - their climate control is broken. 2) They don't give local managers enough control over customer service. I had an unusual situation and due to "policy" lost $70 dollars as I was transitioning to a new unit. But, otherwise, staff was great (except for one girl who SERIOUSLY needs phone training...every other word out of her mouth was UMMM and she couldn't answer simple questions). the place is clean and well kept and it seems that security is good.

My name is Irma Jean Pellum and I am the owner of the storage and at the time of renting the storage I didn't have a valid driver license or a Identification card, so my friend Lapatrick Carroll was nice enough to help me rent the storage in his name. Now that I have my driver license number, I am willing to give you a copy of it. Overall the storage experience was great, but I didn't have my drivers license or identification and I was unsure when public storage said they would rent a unit for a dollar. Anyways thanks for helping me with the great big storage!

Serena is doing an Awesome job at PUBLIC STORAGE in Sand City. She is very courteous with the Customers, and is very helpful.She is Nice to the Customers as they walk in, and she greets them with a friendly Hello.

This is a great location to get boxes and items you would need for moving. Stephanie was extremely helpful getting me the correct sizes for my boxes as well as other items I needed during my big move. By far the cleanest Public Storage or storage facility I have seen. May even consider getting a storage unit here.

This storage facility is one of the best I've ever been to. Buildings are secure well-lit and the facility is always clean. The employees are extremely friendly and paying my monthly bill is simple with automatic payment. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

I wanted to rent a storage space on a Sunday afternoon. Public storage was the only local place that had staff working at that time. The staff person quickly assessed my needs and helped me secure just the right spot that very afternoon. Very courteous, knowledgeable assistance. Clean spaces with plenty of carts for short time use free of charge.
