From start to finish, from researching what size and unit we needed, to reserving the unit, to paying , to Move in, and every time we ha e come back to our unit, I have ZERO complaints! Strange facility. Units have donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a roll up door like most places. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s like a garage. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a skecthy place with lots of white trash and weaker. No surveillance cameras to be seen. Lighting is very poor. Other than that I guess itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s okay.

I've said it before and I will say it again CubeSmart has been the best storage experience in all of my storage experiences. Absolutely, hands down. I have probably rented a unit in all of the well-known national storage companies at one point or another and CubeSmart has ended up being the human out of all of them. The staff at CubeSmart is personable approachable understanding and operate under a "case-by-case" mentality, which for some reason I have required time and again in other facilities and at CubeSmart. A special shout out and another "thank you" to our CubeSmart On-Site Rep. in Santa Ana, California, she is an outstanding employee and human in my opinion.

Turned up to check in and take over my unit. The person at the desk was monosyllabic at best, indifferent, unhelpful and unpleasant. I can only imagine getting booked into jail would be a slightly more pleasant and positive experience. Absolutely awful. I don't think she said more than a handful of sentences. She said "do you want to see the unit" then heavy sigh. Silence the entire time going out to the unit and back. Then, signing for the contract she offered no helpful information, just shoved an ipad in my face and told me to sign. I had to prompt questions as I had no idea what my fees were, what I was signing, what the junk fees were for etc. Just awful, I will look for somewhere else to store my items. Also, you cannot access your unit outside of the hours 7am - 7pm.

Was nicely greeted by woman at front desk, she was very pleasant - and was also willing to show me the unit I would be using - before I did the actual final sign-up for the unit. Front office was super clean, and she was quite efficient for the sign-up process. The only downside was some nasty stains within my storage unit - am wondering if something is leaking from unit next to mine!

Cube Smart in Santa Ana offered storage at a better price than comparable units although the facility is not as new or as nice. The customer service so far has been great and they have honored their commitments on pricing. As long as their rates remain lower I will continue to be a happy Cube Smart customer.

Staff was fantastic, especially Laura. She was very helpful making sure we had the right space that met our needs. The place is clean and a great location. This saves space for us and allows us to get organized. We just hope they don't raise the rent now that we are moved in. We would recommend this location.
