CubeSmart Self Storage - Santa Ana

We moved our items in and the staff / manager at the facility was wonderful and assured we have a unit and were properly assisted.

This was false advertising this storage unit is disgusting although I should have gone and looked at it what I saw online was not at all what it turned out to be my storage unit is so far from the very lift and there's no climate control and there's no light I found wood dust all over the floor in the unit which tells me that it's infested with termites which is going to probably get into my boxes there was garbage everywhere outside the unit I am completely disgusted with this storage place

Really a big mess. Had too ask if they could clean it first. I still have to bleaxe it again so my things didn't get all dirt. There was oil every where so I had to re clean it myself and still put a sheet down on floor .

Overall it was a good price comparatively to other storages and the customer service was excellent, she was professional and very informative, really very good customer service, and the unit was swept out by the lady that helped me in a very timely manner.

I have found trash bags full of other peoples items that they did not want in their unit outside in the halls and in the door ways. The here is no lighting in the upstairs units so packing even during the day is difficult. The price I got was nice only because I went though sparefoot.com to find a cheaper rate

Pulled up to the facility and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never had a storage unit before so I was confused on how the process worked. The people in the office were very nice and helped me use my code and find my unit very quickly. Great place

The process was quick and easy to sign up. The staff at my new CubeSmart location are all very friendly and helpful and the facility was clean unlike most storage facilities. I'm excited to be here where a lot of my important stuff will be! If you are looking at storage units, take it from whos had many over the last 10 year, this is by far the best place!

Had a great experience with Otis. She was friendly, informative, and very quick about setting me up with a new unit and showing me the ins and outs of the complex.

This location prices by where your unit is located. I use a walker and am disabled with little budget room for a storage.but I got a good price for 10x 10 but on3rd floor had to use stairs no elevator for people freight elevator only people not allowed to ride on it have to hike the stairs.

Overall service was great! Paperwork was ready, answered all concerns and questions! Very professional and all fine details explained! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m unsure of salesman name, I think John, but he was ready! Great customer service!

The manager was very helpful and efficient when going over the paperwork. Nice facility. Only issue is with the restroom. It needs to be unlocked by the manager every time

I was looking for the best price and this was it. However be aware that this is a somewhat bare bones storage facility. Older wood frame structure not concrete and steel. Some doors and handles are hard to open or need repair. Located on a street with less traffic than some places. The managers try to keep things clean. Upstairs gets pretty warm, but this was good enough for me.

I would not recommend it to a relative, because I am hiding from them, and don't wish for them to find me. I don't have any personal friends that I spend a lot of time with. I spend most of my time focusing in the Lord and self education.

Anyone seaking answers to their personal load problems. I would tell them my own solutions.

Facility wasn't too far from where I was moving from. It was very easy to rent the locker.

Need a code to get into entrance gate, hours are enforced, cameras in good locations, all units required to have locks upon payment, insurance is mandatory.

Reserving the storage unit was easy enough, however, the customer service once there was horrible. I watched others complete their registration relatively quickly and painlessly but when it came to my turn to fill out the paperwork, it seemed that there were miles and miles of red tape and hoops to jump through. I had a couple friends help me move into the unit, but the gate locked on us and it was a nightmare trying to get out. The code that I had originally used to get in was somehow changed and that led us to be locked in. Had to call customer service and wait on hold for half an hour, and even after the representative picked up it still took a while to get out. Overall, it's cheap and you get what you pay for.

Jonathan is excellent

The staff was beyond friendly. Everything was explained thoroughly and patiently. I even decided to change my unit and the other was quickly cleaned out and ready for me in minutes. I feel very safe and proud to store my things at Cube Smart in Santa Ana. I felt that they really genuinely cared about me.

The lady in the office not only was rude but very unhelpful. she spoke in a demeaning tone and cared more about eating candy and talking to everyone else then addressing our needs. we left the office without renting because we came in second to her getting into what the young gentleman behind the desk was doing with other customers. very unprofessional. save yourself the headache and avoid this location primarily because of this train wreck they call a general manager. another thing we noticed while at the office was that she seems to favor certain tenants. being extremely rude to a select few.

I've been very happy with my experience with Cubesmart. The staff is very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I compared several units in the area and found the prices here to be some of the best.
