I like this facility. It's close to home, clean and the price is right. The only thing I would ask is for a rolling cart or something to assist in moving heavy or large items to those back, far away corner units. Besides that, I'm good.

They are severerly lacking in customer service skills within management, seem to be on a power trip as well & systemic with all Public Storages. Should probably reassess there HR department hiring process.

The complex I have a unit in had a fire on 11/20/18. The fire did not affect my unit, but it has limited my access to the unit. I am from out of town and here for work. I use the unit to house tools and supplies for the project and as a place to leave tools when returning home for the weekends. Because the fire happened on the day I was going home for the holiday, I had to get another unit to drop off the tools I had in my possession before flying out. Here it is 11/27/18 and I still have cart tools and materials a significant way, between the unit and where they allow me to park the van. I realize the fire was not the fault of the complex, but I would think they would have offered some accommodations for the inconvenience. I may have to reconsider my options in the future on where my crews and I house material and tools.

Ok well your manager Mike was very helpful answered all my questions was courteous professional . Units are clean grounds are well maintained and I feel that my things will be safe and secure and bug free here. Very Happy with the price as well. Generous gate hours that work with my hours too.

I was provided a unit that was inaccessible two days following the rental due to paving that was being performed. while this is a very regular maintenance item and i appreciate that the facility is being updated, it was not only extremely inconvenient for me due to the fact that i scheduled to move items into my unit that day but it was additionally a financial burden due to the fact that i hired movers. had i been notified during the rental procedure i would have scheduled accordingly or i would have chosen a different unit that was accessible during that period. when i spoke with the district manager Bilal i was treated as though this was my problem and that he was attempting to help me yet it was very clear to me that he felt that this was my issue and stated that i should have been aware because signs were posted on the facility. clearly i would have made arrangements to move at a different time or choose a different unit on the site or even gone with your competitor that is right across the street. Bilal ultimately credited me with $50 credit however with the movers i am still out of pocket a total of $150 minus the $50 credit that i was provided. At this time, half of my belongings are already in the storage unit and it is even more inconvenient for me to move out because of my work schedule, so ultimately i am going to be a paying customer, however if this is your customer acquisition method I am extremely upset with how you conduct business and i cannot say anything good about your company. i have left multiple messages Bilal's mabager but have not heard back yet to discuss the situation further. Furthermore, I am not one to leave lengthy reviews, if any at all but the way that I was treated leaves me feeling upset and that Bilal was very condescending and unaccomadating to the issue that i was found in due to the oversight of Keith providing me with my unit. todo estuvo bien, pude hacer reservacion de mi storage, por internet, precio competitivo, trato cortez, amable y con rapidez, algunos descuentos, solo recomiendo hablar con el cliente, sobre, los extra costos, antes de ir a firmar un contrato, como ejemplo, el tipo de candado, que tiene la cortina, del storage asignado, en mi caso, yo tenia un candado regular, y no lo pude usar, porque se me asigno un storage, con un tipo de candado diferente, el cual tuve que pagar a un precio mas alto, pues es todo de ahi en fuera , quede muy satisfecha.

The people that work here are really nice. Facility is really clean and appears to be well maintained. Depending on the space that you get you might be required to buy a lock and they will charge for insurance if you are not certain if your insurance covers your stuff. So be prepared to spend an additional $11 to $35 dollars above your expected move in fees.

Before I decided to rent at PUBLIC STORAGE I check other storage facilities, the price was higher than PS and the people at the front desk were not there during office hours.
