Great experience with upfront honesty. The site is along the SA River and they have frequent break ins of the vehicles stored outdoors. They said they would be installing a better fencing system in the future... so we shall see.

I was in the market for a place to safely keep our 22 foot RV van. the 2 gentlemen who I came in contact with were very knowledgeable about their storage lot and they quickly agreed to show us around. We decided to store our RV there. The paperwork was quickly completed and we are happy with the overall transaction.

As far as storage is concerned I'm happy. However, I really don't like the way your monthly rate starts out at a reasonable cost then slowly increases to an unreasonable rate. I discovered the only way to get around this is to shop your internet prices and change units, that's inconvenient. I had a 10x10 unit years ago that crept up to $200 so I moved to a 5x10 that crept up to $160 so I checked your web sight and found a 5x10 for $102. I took it and had to move, but, I have to tell you I felt taken advantage of. I am looking forward to the day I can move out of ps completely.

I have been at Public Storage on 4501 W. MacArtuhur Blvd. Santa Ana CA. The manager, Clint made my transition from one unit to another an easy transition & not complicated. I first stored with this location June 2010 then from May 2014 till present.

Ok place, friendly staff, Hidden charges keep adding... Elevator is horrible to deal with, also I cannot get out the gate from inside. I have to walk around, put the code in on the outside pad and wait for the gate to open, walk back to my car, hope the gate is not closing and then I can leave, sometimes i've had to do this process twice. I am also set up to receive invoice notification on my email so that I can make my payments accordingly. instead I got a call at my work stating to pay my bill or else! THANKS FOR NOT NOTIFYING ME!!

I have used Public Storage for quite some time now. I lost my unit keys for the first time and Anwar expeditiously submitted my request regarding my lock situation and also followed up. Julie the area manager came out to this location to remedy my lock situation. I didn't get charged extra for the physical work done to remove my lock. Both were very nice, professional and pleasant to deal with.
