rough start with some misunderstandings (outside does NOT mean ground level)..but after much communication and effort ..PS not only fixed it...they improved the situation. and when you're moving a 2000sqfoot house, arranging movers and storage without having a new place to move..you need ALL the help andpatience you can get. thank you! i suggest you buy THEIR lock and forgo extra insurance, but that's me. oh and buy that wardrobe box!

Awesome place so far. I've rented from Public Storage before and not had many complaints but a few days into this go round and the experience has been great.
