Friendly staff that tends to their customers very well. Every thing is thoroughly discussed on day 1 so there are no surprises. Lastly the staff will make sure you are fully taken care of and don't need anything from them BEFORE clocking out for lunch.

They could clean it up a bit, but, customer service and price were great

They really need to do some cleaning of the facility. And, it would help to advertise ( when reservations are made) in addition to hours open that there is only one person on site and they leave for lunch. Almost missed the office person and would not of been able to return that day.

I recommend Townsend self-storage. They have good-sized units for relatively cheap prices, but without compromising on safety measures. Lots of cctv cameras, an electric gate, and a manager who lives on-site. So far, I'm very pleased with it.
