Every thing about service was excellent Chryssi is wonderful and the other staff are super helpful. My 4 stars reflect that there should be asphalt to the cement entrance into the main storage entrance as it's incredible hard to push carts over it and with a heavy load it's almost impossible, and I need to lift the cart to get into the facility. I'm pretty strong but a weaker person must be murder on. a small asphalt ramp patch would do the trick and it would make moving which is hard already so much easier on your customers.

I can't say enough good things about our agent Cryssi at public storage in Pacoima. I arrived with a cat in the car that had gotten sick in her carrier. I was upset and crying. She told me to bring the carrier inside and she would help me. And she did! I started to calm down immediately. I was feeling overheated and upset about the situation and she even offered me an ensure drink to give me a little energy. She went over and above her job description, and I'll never forget it or her. We are all going on yelp to give 5 stars to your location. We love Cryssi?
