Very hard to get to 2nd level storage unit

the process went smoothly and it was a promo deal that i got as well. and i am happy that the ga behind the counter was polite and showed the unit to us, and she explained how the lift worked so our move went smooth as possible. I had to call and spoke to venesa yesterday re: the due date of my storage with my promotion as the receipt says on thing and i was told the date by her, very professional people. I have nothing negative to say.

Wouldn't work with me on payment being 1 day past due and payment would only be excepted unless it included the 79 dollars past due and that mpnths rent. It seem they were although quick to cut my locks off.
