Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s annoying its not 24-hour. The agents at the desk are not very informative about their job. They just want to sell a unit. They need to better interact with the clients. I dont think any of the agents introduced themselves

The staff at the Sylmar Public Storage are friendly and helpful. I recently moved out of the family house and I have 5 units at their facility and they made the process as easy as it possibly could be.

First I have to say that the people there are extremely friendly. Isaiah was OUTSTANDING he made it so easy and pleasant to have rented a storage at this facility. Very knowledgably and friendly. I would recommend this facility to all of my friends and co-workers, because of HIM! I love this place and wouldn't go any where else. It's people like him that make hard times so easy... Wonderful customer service and very clean and safe facility

Fred and the other employees have been outstanding. Any questions that I had they answered. When I first needed a unit they were so understanding and gave me all the information I needed. They went over leasing agreement, showed me where my unit was, explained basically how to do everything (since I was a newbie). Every time I go they always have smiles on their faces and are willing to assist in any way possible! Love this storage facility!!!

I would recommend this place. I went with my mom to make a payment and was helped by Laura and Fred. They where very nice and helpful since they spoke Spanish it made it more easy. Thank you Laura and Fred. I will tell all my friends about you and this place.

My issues was resolved by super Fred and Super Girl Laura. These folks where amazing if there is higher scale of review of 1 to 10 both public storage employees went beyond the call of their duty. I recommend for potential customers to get their unit from this location. Supervisor Claire was wonderful handling my entire wonderful experience.
