I rented a 5x10 unit in some type of under pressure, I wanted a 10x10 but couldn’t afford the price I was offered, the representative there didn’t show interest in accommodate my needs nor apologize or at least look at my face even once! I felt “dislike “ like didn’t need my business, or with attitude of “if you don’t like it go somewhere else “ , perhaps she was having a bad day but as a customer I think we deserve better. Thanks for letting me share.

I was pleased with how quick it was to get started and get into the unit. I was also impressed with how secure it was. You need a code to get into the gate, a code to get into the elevator, and the code expires on the elevator so no one can follow you up. It felt very secure!

We had to get a storage pretty quickly due to unforeseen circumstance. Lorna was amazing customer service was amazing. I had originally reserved a smaller unit after seeing and thought it might not work. She was kind enough to show me a large unit and the process was extremely smooth and easy.
