Secure and quiet. It would be helpful to have some carts or someway to haul items to the units and ability to hold the doors open. Parking seems limited but it was a pleasant move none the less.

Finding the storage unit online was very easy and setting up the appointment was easy as well. The employee, Laura, was very friendly and nice and made the entire experience very stress-free. However I returned another day and there was a male worked who was not very nice.

We had a 10X20 unit saved with a appointment at 4:00 pm. When we got there a 4:00 it was rented to someone? But Laura found another unit a little bigger for us at the same price. I let her know that she should have let the other renter know it was all ready renter with a 4:00 appointment and if l did not show it was there. She set the appointment time. All good now.

Site manager was professional and informative. Place in Soquel, CA is relatively newer and clean. Kudos.

Would like more dollies and flat carts available.

Tracy was a great help! She was patient and kind, and she answered all the questions that i had. I will definitely store here again!

Everything went great, super helpful, and friendly staff, clean comfortable, environment that feels safe and secure. My only complaints are about the prices, they are just way out of control. Comm''on people, how can we ever gonna get into a house while paying rates like this? Just saying

It was easy to reserve the storage space online, and Joyce was very helpful. When asked, she immediately grabbed a broom to brush off the inside of the door of the unit, and when we found ants in one corner, she immediately got her ant spray bottle. She also sprayed W-D40 on the rolling tracks of the door which were sticking and hard to move.

I think ,as a whole,I have no complaints. I wish there were exterior security cameras. Other than that, no complaints. Office staff is friendly and helpful.

I did not know what to expect when I suddenly had to rent a storage space. Luckily, I ran into Joyce at the Soquel Ave. facility and she was all there to help me. She helped me pick the rightsize storage space and explained all my pricing options etc., in a way that I could understand. Thanks Joyce, and thank you Public Storage.
