I have to say moving from a horrible storage and getting into this storage was by far the best decision ive made. On property the amazing workers in the office were extremely helpful and communication was good and overall im just very happy that im with extraspace storage.

Unit required sweeping, could have been cleaner. Difficulty using the app and had to unlock and enter gate code manually. Other customers were rude and inconsiderate and made experience unpleasant:
