I recently helped a woman move in to her storage and I never experienced such a nightmare. The facility itself was fine and fairly clean however the management and staff were misleading,rude, neglecting and unprofessional.I would not recommend this facility until new management was in place and I think that is inevitable.

This facility is clean and secure. A little difficult to access your unit. The outside units are more accessible but you pay a premium for it. The customer service is excellent until they have your payment information. After that they never answer the phone or get back at you if you leave a message. That and the price hikes made us take our business elsewhere.

Thought the place was fine until one of their people skidded to a stop in front of our door and screamed some random rules at us. We won't be using them anymore!

This was my first time renting out a storage unit and the staff at storquest made it so easy and smooth. Joanne Bethany,and joe were so helpful, so sweet and made me feel so safe. It was very clean!!! So happy I choose this place!

Mona was absolutely kind and welcoming as always. She never fails to have a smile on her face. She is super patient and efficient in getting me what I need to move in. The facility was clean as always and I have full trust that my storage space will take of everything I need until I get back from break.

This storage unit is a pretty far drive from me, but I chose it because of the price. It is so worth it!! The management is so helpful, the facilities are clean and secure, and I feel so confident leaving my things in this unit.

Cheyenne is wonderful to work with. She is friendly and knowledgeable. The storage space is clean, well protected and well kept.

Moana helped me choose the right storage unit for my needs and was even able to reserve it for me until I was able to get off work to come to look at the unit. The facility was very clean and had lots of open space. Moana and Joe were very friendly and greeted me at the door when I came inside. Joe was able to give me a personal tour of the area and where my specific unit was located and how to use the coding system.

The owners are super sweet and kind. I enjoyed my experience from making a reservation to being showed to my unit. I would definitely recommend. It's safe, clean and they are kind and professional.

A great place to keep furniture & belongings in-between moves. Climate control makes me feel comfortable about storing various items such as candles & such.

I've had storage units for years in various facilities in Southern California and I can easily say that this place was the best service and price by far. The couple who handled our paper work were both very friendly and helpful. The facility is super clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing storage in the area.
