Supper easy and friendly! With out any headaches

No problems moving into a very spacious and secure storage unit. Mild up-sell to buy their lock for way more than what I paid for my lock that is the exact same, but friendly and effecient service none the less.

The experience with Public Storage Store #21017 was great on all levels. Service and response was great, the facility is a great value for the money compared to other parts of Santa Rosa with high tech security and on-site managers that really pay attention. The roughest part has been giving a review that does not require me to create an account on Yelp or Google. I want to tell the world that this is a great facility buy I don't want to register for accounts to do so.

So far we've had a great experience. We need a place to store items for a few months during some home improvement and being able to check prices online, reserve a spot, but then also go and check it out during flexible times have made this very simple. I like having no contract because we don't know exactly how long we need and also the flexibility to upgrade to another size if needed.

This was my first time using a storage unit and it was great. Darcy was so helpful and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable using the facility.

I am very grateful for the accommodation of late evening access on my moving day. Appreciate that all units are on the ground floor. No problems whatsoever with access. Both your reservation center personnel and Darcy the local manager were wonderful. It was refreshing that your staff were honest about the size of unit I needed instead of taking the easy option of upselling.

Easy process to rent a unit and very affordable. Darcy was great explaining everything clearly. Great customer service.

just a great storage overall

Just rented a unit here. So far, the highlight was dealing with Darcy, one of the storage property managers. She was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She was a real pleasure to work with. The unit itself was clean and easy to use. The property appears to have good security, the access is easy provided you have the gate code, and it is right off the highway.

This public storage is as good as it gets for the area! Great staff, clean units -- a little pricey but that's everywhere around here unfortunately. Darcy makes sure everything is super safe and sound.

My family was using a different storage and being treated badly. They Had so many stupid rules and chaged for everything. So I called public storage and was assured that would not happen here. And so far everything has been great. Also we Love the hours we can go in. Thanks, The Phillips family
