We are pleased to find this place and the location is perfect for our needs.

Rosie and I believe, Eric, were outstanding help. They answered all of our questions, help us get a unit quickly, and were the friendliest of people. Highly recommend.

Though not the cleanest of places, the price is the lowest that I have found. Not only that, it is in the same town in which I reside, making it more convenient for me.

Rosie and Heather are professionals, answering all my questions and showing me all the units I inquired about. For me, everything went very smoothly and is in my desired location. The only negative for me is the access hours.

Move in was easy. All storages are drive up.

Very professional and friendly staff. Nice facility with all drive-up units. Only downside is thay there is NO access after 6pm weekdays and 4pm on weekends.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the people were helpful and not pushy. They gave me time to check out other facilities while holding my unit for 48 hrs. They were in my opinion good honest people and that is why I chose them

Renee was very helpful, welcoming and efficient. The move in process was done swiftly and accurately. She was personable and I believed she genuinely cared for my situation. I recommend them to anyone needing a secured and clean storage facility with easy payment plan options.

It would seem there are two different types of units here. Possibly hermetically sealed units as well as units who's doors doing open but do not completely seal the units as there is a space, in between the door and the outside wall, you can put your finger through. The inside was clean enough but the interior walls are partial board that are shedding tiny brown particles on the everything inside the unit. This could compromised any electronics the particles will fall into electrical products, m through the products vents and gather inside the item and short them out, once plugged in and turned on. Cover your electronics so this does not happen. With the door like it ism I am afraid rain will get into the unit as well and this could be a potential disaster. we will just have to adjust by sealing the door somehow.

Very clean facility and helpful staff.

Looking for a simple storage unit in Santa Rosa and I found this place. The price was $60 less than the competition. The only down side is that the gate hours are limited, but I'm not using it for day to day business so it's not a big deal. The manager was great to deal with as well.

My only issue is the hours the facility is open. They should be open at 6--7a. 9:30 on a weekday is way too late.

Reserved a unit that was unavailable due to computer clerical error. Staff were incredibly professional and took care of it right away and upgraded me.

Tried to come same day I had reserved unit, it was admittedly close to closing (quarter til) lady was rude and told me to come back the next day. I was having a horrible day already and the unhelpfulness really just put me off. Place looked pretty ghetto anyway. Overall unimpressed and felt unwelcome. Probably won't try to go back. Overpriced for not even a nice facility anyway so I guess I got off lucky. Maybe other people have had a better experience but I just wasnt happy with mine.

This is a good place to store whatever household things you got

I shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to call to have someone to move there truck so I can get into my locker.

The people that work there are very nice. the spaces, and prices are pretty great but the storage units are a little to expensive but great because they are cheaper then anyone else in Sonoma County.

When I checked in the price was explained and the payment schedule was up front no supersizes and I was very happy with the person who checked me in, don't remember her name but told me what to expect and what was expected of me. I liked that.

The person working was friendly and helpful And he warned me about the hours not matching with the website but it was too late to change my plans.

Talked with Steve on the phone. When we came in met Trish busy weed-whacking. Steve was friendly both on the phone and in person. They seemed to work as a team when Trish was back in the office. She had checked the unit we were renting and left the door up making it easier to find. Good team - friendly, knowledgeable team.

The storage unit was clean, very reasonably priced, and the office staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this storage facility for anyoneﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s moving and storing needs.

Price is Right, but definitely in a rough part of town. They are upgrading security system so hopefully everything works out!

Mgr is awesome and straightforward. Some of the units outside roll up doors are falling off, majorly dented itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not a good look to show off secure safe business.

The orice was very good compared to other storage facilities. My unit is a good size. and easy to get to. The person I worked with, Kayli, couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. She was very personable and friendly. I enjoyed working with her very much.

I reserved a unit online and the reservation went smoothly the day I arrived. I was greeted at the front desk and I had access to my unit in less than 20 minutes. The unit was mostly clean but I found leaves, dirt and an old cigarette on the floor which I had to sweep out myself before I moved my stuff in. Overall my experience wasn't bad and I would recommend the facility

Shelly made sure she and I were in connection, for my security. She sensed w her intuition my stress level. On move day I let her know we were leaving home to arrive. Her demeanor was both welcoming and professional. The office paperwork was smooth and she made sure I understood. With patience she slowly explained details knowing I was already overloaded. Made sure the gate code worked (however at the time of departure it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t!!! Was extremely lucky there was one more (kind) person there who let us out). So far Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very pleased w my service, the cleanliness, and the ease in transition. Oh and right off the highway location helps! The only glitch (a very big one) was the gate code... Thank you.
