I selected Hollywood Storage not only for their competitive rates, but also because they give back to the community in a variety of ways. They regularly donate bottled water to nonprofits serving the local areas, one being my sonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s middle school marching band boosters. I also recently learned of their college scholarships program, funded in part through their involvement with e-waste recycling. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t say enough about this company and its employees.

This was the best experience working with this company. They were friendly and accommodating for my specific needs.

I have no problems with this storage facility. It's easy and clean and nice and all that. They get a perfect score from me. Oh and they gave me the first month free.

Customer service is great, reservation and lease paperwork processes are efficient and pain free. The staff here is very helpful and service oriented. They explained everything really well and we moved in without any issues. Plenty of carts to assist with moving your things and hallways are well lit. Thanks for the great experience!

Even though this is my first time renting a storage unit, the process was very easy. They guided me through the process and were great.

Staff is courteous and efficient. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained and appears to have excellent security in place.

The staff was very courteous from the moment I spoke with them over the phone. They explained the process and fees over the phone so there were no surprises. When I arrived the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They also provide exceptional customer service. All of my questions were answered and they provided great advice. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Had an amazing experience at Hollywood Storage Center. I originally booked online to reserve my unit and Gary called me for the follow up. He acknowledged my reservation but also advised of a unit of the same type available with better and easily accessible. Upon arrival Gary greeted me and then had a co worker assist me and looking at the two units. This was great and new for me I have rented from storage centers before and never actually got to see my unit ahead of time. Riding through the facility it was extremely clean, love the theme of the lot being that is closely resembled a real studio lot down to color street names, which I thought was fun and made it more interesting. After the tour I picked out my unit. Gary helped me get a lock and throughly explained all the details in regards to my unit including access time, and other rules. I was extremely pleased with service and pricing which was well priced compared to other units in the area. Move in was a breeze they had push carts readily available and also advise we can call if we are unable to find one. Like I said Celebrity treatment right there. I would recommend storing your belongings here as the facility is clean and you will get excellent service. Even the interactions with customers who already had storage here was friendly so it goes to show they have a great relationship with their customers!

The place was awesome. I didn't expect such awesome customer service and cleanliness there. Every storage place I've ever used has had one grumpy dude working. The team here was clean cut, super friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and feels amazing inside coming out of the heat! The free snack cart is awesome too!

WHEN I SOLD MY HOME IN ARIZONA I WAS IN NEED OF A FACILITY WHEREIN MY POSSESSIONS WOULD BE SAFE AND SECURE AND NOT TOO FAR AWAY SHOULD I NEED ACCESS TO THEM WHILE REGROUPING AND SEARCHING FOR A NEW HOME. MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH HOLLYWOOD STORAGE HAS BEEN ONE THAT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. CLEAN AND SQUARED AWAY WOULD BEST DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY, AND GEARED TO FULFILLING THEIR CUSTOMERS' NEEDS.

Unit is on the second floor but external lifts brought our stuff up to within 10 ft of the door. Climate control, clean, free truck pickup gave us an hour and a half to load up the truck and they provided a driver. Very convenient. The front desk took the time to find every discount we could qualify for to give us their best deal.

They were very professional and moved through the entire process seamlessly. All of my concerns and needs were addressed.

got and excellent price on the storage, also was able to use one of their Penske trucks to move from my previous location free of charge, they supply the driver but you have to load within a time frame. ended up with a 2nd story site with which you use an outside lift (not an elevator) that they put into place when you need access to those 2nd floor sites. If you are not storing large furniture, very convenient. 7-18-2015. And use your AAA card for extra discount on 1st month.

The best storage facility, best prices, and the very best costumer service.

This facility is large, secure and clean with helpful, available staff. I reserved a small unit online, but when I arrived with my belongings, I dicovered that the unit was smaller than advertised and items did not fit. I was offered other units, but the only one that would work was significantly higher in price. Make sure you preview and measure before you rent the space.

Great facility pretty view great staff

Found an excellent deal online, go down to get the place and take a look, the "5'x12'" was not actually rectangular. It was a corner unit where the sides were slanted and the back is longer than the front. Other than than good service, cleanly, not a pain in the ass, and cheaper than I expected.

Bobby was very helpful and courteous in getting me a unit in the price range and location that was easy to unload my POD.

Our 5-bedroom house was moved into a 10x30 storage unit and it wasn't enough. They quickly found me another unit while the movers were still unloading. Since I'm hoping to only be in one of the units for less than a month, they charged me half price. The place is easy to get to, although getting to the units, it's a bit hilly. But that's because of the terrain it was built around. Overall, nice place, although a bit pricey.

Everything went well, your staff is courteous and helpful. I love the facility and the Hollywood theme as I did once live on Franklin Ave in West Hollywood. The only thing that's missing is my ability to ride on the cart at will! I love those things. It was a pleasant experience. Thank You

I rented storage before but was totally unprepared for the experience I had when I came her. The office is huge and clean and the manager is unbelievably accomodating. The lot was clean and looked like a hollywood studio and there was popcorn in the lobby! After I rented, I scheduled their free truck to pick up my stuff and everything went smoothly. I will recommend this place to friend as my experience was excellent and I get $50 when they rent!
