It's a very nice place. Great customer service. The outside lifts are a little scary if you're afraid of heights. Just be very careful using them.

I have lived in ventura County for some time and needed to move possessions that I had stored in San Diego for 2 years. Since it is difficult for me to get around, I appreciated the fact that the staff I spoke with on the phone were very helpful. I was able to reserve the unit and complete most of the renting agreement on the phone and on line.

The place was cool, the people were nice. The only thing thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little weird is the forklifts you have to operate on your own. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s cool but scary at the same time.

I'll start with the ///////cons ..the partitions wall has Gaps up on top leading into other locker next to mine could be sealed better kinda sketchy and the hours kinda suck wish they stayed open later and wish I had access earlier for days I have to start early and pack up and be in lLA at my job site ...and you can't use the lift after six o'clock in the evening which kinda blows ///////pros ...friendly staff clean aisles no trash...hallways didn't smell like urine...no homeless lurking around

On my second trip back I brought the wrong key with me. I was on a short time schedule. The nice staff cut the lock and waved the fee for my first time. Ten minutes later I unloaded my car and was back on schedule. The willingness of all staff to help and say hello is outstanding.

Largest storage facility in California, a bit of a maze. Very secure with on site security and locked coded doors into each building. Quite difficult to unload and store items since you have to digital key open the doors to the building and need second set of hands to hold door open while either holding boxes in hands or pushing cart.

Friendly staff, they will treat you like Hollywood Star, a tour to the unit you choose riding on a golf cart...like a celebrity 😉

This facility is on the ball. As soon as I signed up online I received a call from the Hollywood Storage's customer service to walk me through the steps of needed paperwork, IDs, insurance and confirming the pricing I obtained online. When I got onsite they were again on the ball and extremely professional clearly telling me the rules of their facility, showing me the facility and available equipment, and then walking me through the clear to understand final paperwork. I highly recommend this place, a huge facility that is well taken care of and monitored.

This facility is big with lots of storage spaces and the price is fairly reasonable. I even got 1 month free for being a AAA member. Very friendly staff and good hours with code to get through the gate to check up on your storage space. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Everyone was so nice! And it feels more like an attraction than a storage facility. I hate moving!!I t took me and my 13 year old son an entire month to move without help. Getting to the storage facility was seriously a breath of fresh air! It took us 2 days to get in. But it was actually kinda fun going there, so it didn't completely suck. Our unit was on the second floor, and they have an outside sky lift as opposed to an elevator. PERFECT for us! It felt like a ride and made it fun! Also, it took us 2 days to unload. I only had 1 lock, I decided to leave the storage unlocked because you need access code to get in the gate and another to get in the storage building and there's multiple buildings. I locked the uhaul instead. The next morning, they called to tell me they did their morning walk through and my storage didn't have a lock. VERY SECURE! My son left his ring in the bathroom, and a staff member drove it over to us in a golf cart! Go here if any of the following is important to you... Friendly, attentive staff. I had movers coming to my house at 9:00am, they open at 8:30. I showed up a half an hour early to make sure I was first in line in order to get back to my movers in time. They were kind enough to open early for me and get me in and out by 8:30, and back to meet the movers on time. Thank you, guys!

WHEN I SOLD MY HOME IN ARIZONA I WAS IN NEED OF A FACILITY WHEREIN MY POSSESSIONS WOULD BE SAFE AND SECURE AND NOT TOO FAR AWAY SHOULD I NEED ACCESS TO THEM WHILE REGROUPING AND SEARCHING FOR A NEW HOME. MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH HOLLYWOOD STORAGE HAS BEEN ONE THAT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. CLEAN AND SQUARED AWAY WOULD BEST DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY, AND GEARED TO FULFILLING THEIR CUSTOMERS' NEEDS.

Unit is on the second floor but external lifts brought our stuff up to within 10 ft of the door. Climate control, clean, free truck pickup gave us an hour and a half to load up the truck and they provided a driver. Very convenient. The front desk took the time to find every discount we could qualify for to give us their best deal.

They were very professional and moved through the entire process seamlessly. All of my concerns and needs were addressed.

got and excellent price on the storage, also was able to use one of their Penske trucks to move from my previous location free of charge, they supply the driver but you have to load within a time frame. ended up with a 2nd story site with which you use an outside lift (not an elevator) that they put into place when you need access to those 2nd floor sites. If you are not storing large furniture, very convenient. 7-18-2015. And use your AAA card for extra discount on 1st month.

This facility is large, secure and clean with helpful, available staff. I reserved a small unit online, but when I arrived with my belongings, I dicovered that the unit was smaller than advertised and items did not fit. I was offered other units, but the only one that would work was significantly higher in price. Make sure you preview and measure before you rent the space.

Found an excellent deal online, go down to get the place and take a look, the "5'x12'" was not actually rectangular. It was a corner unit where the sides were slanted and the back is longer than the front. Other than than good service, cleanly, not a pain in the ass, and cheaper than I expected.

Bobby was very helpful and courteous in getting me a unit in the price range and location that was easy to unload my POD.

Our 5-bedroom house was moved into a 10x30 storage unit and it wasn't enough. They quickly found me another unit while the movers were still unloading. Since I'm hoping to only be in one of the units for less than a month, they charged me half price. The place is easy to get to, although getting to the units, it's a bit hilly. But that's because of the terrain it was built around. Overall, nice place, although a bit pricey.

Everything went well, your staff is courteous and helpful. I love the facility and the Hollywood theme as I did once live on Franklin Ave in West Hollywood. The only thing that's missing is my ability to ride on the cart at will! I love those things. It was a pleasant experience. Thank You

I rented storage before but was totally unprepared for the experience I had when I came her. The office is huge and clean and the manager is unbelievably accomodating. The lot was clean and looked like a hollywood studio and there was popcorn in the lobby! After I rented, I scheduled their free truck to pick up my stuff and everything went smoothly. I will recommend this place to friend as my experience was excellent and I get $50 when they rent!
