The gentlemen that took care of us was exceptional Jereem did everything he could to make us happy, explained how it works and gave me a downstairs unit Thank God I'm 77 and it sure made it easier on me.

My husband and I needed to move quickly with this Corona virus. I went online and reserved a storage unit. I was called and set up an appointment for the next day. I got all the paperwork taken care of and I started moving in immediately. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and informative. He was kind enough to offer the use of a dolly and a broom to sweep the floor of my new storage unit. This was my first experience renting a storage unit and I am extremely grateful it went so smoothly. Thank you guys!!

I was virtually forced to endure a full tour of all the packing supplies even though I told the women I didn't need any, sold an over-priced lock and unnecessary insurance. Then, when she wanted me to rent the space almost a week before my reservation (come in and we'll get you set up to save you time on moving day) but could not make the rental start on my desired day, I cancelled everything. I subsequently bought a better lock for just over half the price she was charging and determined that my homeowners insurance covered my stuff in storage. The facility seems clean and secure. I'll stay in my unit for 3 more months.

A bad situation was made much easier for me as your manager pippin I believe was her name, knew I was in a hurry and got down to business and got me the storage locker that I needed without delay. I do wish you had more moving carts. The two that you have we're being used by one person the whole day I moved. Luckily we had moving dollies. I am very pleased with the hours that you are open.

The arrangement was made fairly quickly and provided to my foundation the space it needed to store personal property for further disposition of it, down the road. Thanks.
