I feel very safe in public storage due to The security they have i feel like its really safe to put everything and the best thing is they have insurance too. Have to move to apartment a little bit smaller thats why there was no space for us to put all of our stuff that why we choose public storage which is safe and clean so happy to choose public storage

The representative was very easy to work.

Good experience. Efficient, clean, good price. Would use them any time. Summer the property manager was wonderful and made the move easy.

The property manager was upbeat and very helpful, and the property itself was bigger, better lit, and better ventilated than my previous space, and still cost less money.

Good location and clean property, but rental rate is too high and and adjusts to frequently. And there's no benefit/savings to those renting multiple units. Any more rent increases and I'll be forced to look for another storage facility.

Helpful, understanding and fast!

At the appointment all went well. The assistance was more that helpful. She explain about the new code and the procedures again. However, when it came time to pay that is where the problem occurred. I pay for the move in and the fee with a credit card. Then I told her I wanted to make the monthly auto payments come out of another credit card. She forgot to turn off the auto payment from the previews unit. And even after I had already turn it off on the web page two or three day before. I was charge for it. Now instead of the company issuing a refund directly to my bank. They mail me a check. As of today the check has not arrive. My bank has charged me twice a NSF fee. I had to transferred money from my savings so that no more NSF fees would be charged. I am not happy about that.

This location is very clean & conveniently located! Adriana was super helpful with information & I wouldn't choose any other storage in the area.

Great experience the whole process was very easy, the staff is friendly and the storage locker are very clean its truly a one stop shop for packing supplies . The ladies here are very helpful

I have had several different storage units, but this one is great!! Yvette gives me great customer service.!! The facility is always clean and the staff is outstanding! I recommend this storage facility to friends, family members, and colleagues! They love it just as much as me!

Yvette and Adriana are extremely fun and easy to talk too. The area around the storage place is very high end makes you feel a lot safer about putting your stuff in a locker. I would highly recommend this place.

I've not had a storage locker before but this place is wonderful. We moved in our things during the 100°+ weather and the air conditioning didn't falter and the facility is very clean. The best part? The staff! Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful. If you are in need of storage I would highly recommend this location.

Everything one would expect from professional storage location. Rates could be somewhat more competitive, but other than that, no complaints.

Loved the online sign up. It made move in day much faster than anywhere else. Knowledgeable and courteous staff.

Everything about the storage facility was great, but the packing materials sold in your store front are so old they disintegrated. You were kind enough to replace free of charge but the replacement disintegrated as well. Moves are filled with enough hassle so there was no priority to taking issue with supplies in the midst of it all. I like that facility is well lit, well monitored, clean, and... as a woman... I feel safe going there alone. That, to me, speaks volumes!

Great place to store your stuff but communication is rather spotty. earlier this week I was given notice that my bill was about to be overdue on the day the bill was considered overdue they told me they sent me an email with my statement which I never received and told me I was going to have to pay a late fee for an overdue bill even though I never received my statement. I requested that they send me a physical copy of my bill every month so that it never happens again but I was told that the company only sends emails. so i ended up paying an overdue charge on my bill that I never even knew about until it was overdue. so the facility is great the communication not so much
