Advertising said you can receive mail and/or packages. The Sales Associate said, No you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t! Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s why I signed up and paid very high price of $345 plus per month, too expensive!

Easy in and out at this facility. Close to freeway and excellent pricing. Friendly staff.

Getting setup was fast and easy, and done in a timely and professional manner. Paperwork was completed in 5 minutes and I had my trailer unloaded and all my belongings were in my unit within 15 minutes. Taking the time beforehand organizing surely made this effort easier. Having the use of 3 carts/dollies made the moving of my belongings simple.

Such helpful, friendly staff, excellent pricing and great variety of sizes and pricing options for lengthy stays. So happy I found this place!

Facility is a basic storage. Very little security though, beyond one person at the front and locked up at night. It's not 24/7 access, which can be good and bad. Front staff (James) was REALLY nice and helpful. Quality of the units are pretty bad, wood floors everywhere and really outdated utilities to move.

friendly and personal

I got a 5 x 5 feet space and they are good enough for me. Place is very accessible and front desk staff are very accomodating to their customer. The only thing I notice is their office timing. Open only up to 6PM. It this can be stretched at least up to 7 or 8 will be good for these who work up to 7 pm. Overall, excellent service.

Customer service was great, everyone was really helpful and friendly. My storage unit was easily accessible, however all over the floor was covered in oil from a previous tenant that didn't get cleaned out so I had to buy something to cover it, they didn't give me a discount. But other than that, no complaints!

I arrived and the attendant gave me the nearest 10x10 to the loading door. It was just down the street from where I was moving, so I've no complaints. Paperwork was quick and easy.

Convenient location. Friendly staff, helpful enough. There were not enough carts to haul things up the elevator. We had to wait for other people to finish moving to use one. Not the nicest of the storage units I've ever rented. I could see some people thinking it's a little sketchy once they get inside.

The paperwork was processed quickly, and the employee who processed us actually located a unit easier to access than our original unit. They were very helpful, courteous, and professional. We would not hesitate to use the facility again.

Easy access and very helpful employee. Price was cheapest in town. Excellent security leaves me with peace of mind knowing my stuff is safe. I would recommend Oak storage to everyone!

I found the location to be great, just off the frwy. Super friendly, helpful and gave great suggestions. A one stop shop with U Haul rental and tons of dollys, utility and regular hand trucks.

We are moving are stuff out of the facility. We have had massive damage from mouse urine and feeces to our stuff. Would not recommend
