About StorQuest - Westlake Village / Corsa
At StorQuest Westlake Village, we offer a clean, fenced-in facility with intercom and computerized gate access. Each unit requires a lock and insurance, both of which may be purchased at move-in. Unit number will be confirmed upon move-in. Be advised that 3x4 units are lockers and not storage units.

Overall the experience has been stress free. I must say they run a tight ship, only because I was leaving the facility and at 10:01pm the gate locked me out. So I must say the in general the place is secure and I feel comfortable that my belongings are well taken care of. In addition the storage units are well protect, even from the surrounding units. So.. Thank you StorQuest!

The service was fabulous. The location is great. I bought a lock from your office and it did not fit my space because the door and place for the locking mechnism were off center. The gentleman in the office was very friendly and helpful. He got the situation resolved very quickly and telephoned me to let me know the issue had been resolved. It was a great experience. That could have gone the other way -- with someone telling me that I bought the lock, and it was my problem. I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service that I received.

Great employee in Jessica-now moved to Chicago ...but MAJOR problem moving in due to broken lift, with the other nowhere near my storage. Apparently, new dm thought it was only 2 yrs old, when actually 7 & no service obtained for three days, which was too late to matter. ALSO; this facility is boiling hot, even at night & could use a couple of fans to keep air flowing. Lastly, the trolleys for moving your things are too small, rickety & have TINY wheels which repeatedly get caught in floor seams knocking Even well placed possessions repeatedly to the floor on the way. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT VERY LITTLE INVESTMENT BACK INTO THE FACILITY TO MAKE IT FUNCTIONAL HERE!!! The value is great, but the move in experience was HORRIBLE. Wouldn't recommend you til these small changes are made. Thanks.

Lift elevator is usually out, and I had to haul an entire storage unit of boxes up the stairs to my unit, took a very long time, but it was a good work out. Sounds like the lifts are a recurring problem however.

I rented a 10' by 10' and filled it up immediately. Rented another 5' by 10' for the overflow. Still too small. Now have a 10' by 18' unit. I have a lot of tools and material, I am a glass contractor. Their office worked with me to get the best unit for the pricing, worked out the units so I did not have to pay full price for the first 2 units and they applied the rent from the one unit to the newer unit. All this happened in the first week. Very satisfied with the management. Michael in the call center and Nicole in the on-site office were very helpful and looking out for my best interest. Highly recommend them.

The door was not aligned for my unit so I could not use the lock I boughr. They said that they would fix it but I jave not been over there since I moved item into storage. I am in gopes that they fixed it amd my new lock works now.

I delayed my move in by a few days and was not charged-that made me very happy. When I did come to move in, however, it was at 2:30 or so and I found a 'Be back at $4:00' sign. That was very upsetting. I had hired a few men and had a load of things to store. The woman said she had gone to lunch and the bank, but how was I to know? I had emailed that I would be coming in but I wasn't sure what day or time. I thought 2:45 was safe. The space I had picked seemed like a good deal-$85 for a 4X10 or something like that. As it turned out, the space was under a stair well and started slanting immediately. There was no space at all. This was very deceptive, but there I was, once again, with hired help and a load of my things. The woman was very appologetic but wasn't able to help with a comperable price. I'm not able to climb stairs so I was stuck with a $200 something space at half off the first 3 months. I just hope I can sell my house in that amount of time so I end up paying less than $350.00 all told. I does feel like bait and switch to me. As it turns out your employee is wonderful. She's helpful and efficient as well as being very nice.

Came to this Storage facility because I was going through a very difficult situation and I was forced to put my things in storage. At first I couldn't find it, I called the number and a young man came out to meet me. It was a little bit off the street which made me a little bit nervous, but once I went into the office and spoke to Edwin he made me feel better about the property. I had no idea what size I needed or what I was doing to be honest, but he was very patient with me as I explained what I needed to put away. He showed me two spaces and the prices were very inexpensive. He made it all as fast and stress free as possible. It took me 2 hours to move in all my belongings and he came to check on me to see if i needed assistance. He was very nice. I don't have any experience with storage facilities, but he gave me excellent customer service and I felt like my business was appreciated.

I found it very easy to access my storage unit. Always easier when there is no lift of course but it was not bad.

The people were not only friendly, but very helpful. I pulled up with a full truck and no where to store everything AND I had to be back at work within the hour. They had me processed at up to my unit in less than 20 minutes. I was able to unload and make it back to work on time.
