We feature state-of-the-art security including personal computerized gate access and 2video cameras in key areas, with month-to-month leases, competitive rates and no deposit required. We provide courtesy carts to make your move easier, and our professional resident managers are available to assist you. Weve got personal and business storage solutions to fit any need or budget. Storage Made Simple Gate Access Hours 7AM to 7PM. We sell boxes and moving supplies. *First Month's Rent Free applies to base rent only. Fees, including a one-time administrative fee (29) and a monthly recurring Protection Plan payment (16) due upon move-in. Occupants are automatically enrolled in the Protection Plan but may opt-out of participation and obtain a refund of the Protection Plan payment by completing a form and providing proof of insurance within 30 days of signing the Self-Storage Agreement (as more particularly set forth therein). I found self storage online and had reserved a 5x5 unit. When I got to the facility Tanya was working and advised me that the 5x5 was going to be too small for what I needed. She quickly looked into larger units in the same vicinity as to where the 5x5 was to show me. Tanya offered to have us walk up to the units due to a cold that I recently got but I told her we could take the cart. She showed me a larger unit and thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the one I went with. She answered all of my silly questions and was very thorough with paper work so I could get out and back home in a timely matter.

We recently rented 5'x5' storage facility. We had booked the storage online and found the physical facility as per the information provided on the internet. The only additional cost was for a special lock that is proprietary to the facility. The staff was very courteous and showed us the place and explained the charges. Although we got first month rental as free , yet they charge administrative fees and lock fees which easily squares of the first month rent. The benefit of the storage when compared to UHaul is that they offer the storage with at least 10 feet height which is useful if you have to stack boxes . Overall the facility is very clean, safe and quiet. The place around Solana beach is quite cool and therefore one doesn't need air conditioned facility. I would certainly recommend this facility.

This has to be one of the better self storage facilities I've utilized. I'm not a fan of needing to give my ID to get a cart, but I just tend to prefer being able to go to and from my unit without interruption. I will likely be a long term customer of this facility as their pricing is fair and their customer service is perfect.

I started at $206/month and with frequent rate increases, I am now at $306/month!!!! My unit is shown on sparefoot.com for a rate of $235/month for Price Self Storage in Solana Beach. They raise their rates about every six months and they only give you about a week notice of the rate change! It is not enough time to even change my online banking recurring payment. On top of that, my storage unit is dirty and filled with black widow spiders! Do not do business with Price Self Storage!

We were preparing for our move from AZ. to S. Ca. & Spare Foot as well as Price Self Storage helped make to entire process seamless. They were easy to find on line, did not have us fill out a bunch of paperwork, and even followed up with a personal phone call from an employee at the location. And Price self storage in Solana Beach, Ca. is run like a well oiled machine.
