Nice and clean units. With very good price

After a very unsettling experience with my last storage facility, Anastasia brought me relief knowing how many security cameras there are and the extra measures taken to help keep customers belongings secure.

Joe, the person that processed our rental was efficient and professional. The space was clean. The only issue was that the outside door was not functioning well. A few days later we went back to store some additional items and the front door was not working, but was open and a couple of workers were trying to fix it. A day or two later we visited the facility again and the front door was still open, and there was caution tape blocking it, but a separate door was open. This time, no one was around the door, ---- Waiting for parts??

Anastasia and Joe were easy to deal with. Easy to book through this website and then move in. Great price for what I need.

Very easy to reserve ,we went to the storage office the next day and in 15 min.we started moving to the storage.

The front desk worker was very kind and patient. They walked us through moving in our stuff and everything was easy and manageable.

Receptionist not too customer oriented, not approachable, intimidating.

Parking too small No place to park a big truck

Clean and easily accessible. Reasonable price for the space.

Staff was available to help with paper work, walk through. I recommend this place.

Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to accommodate my disability by being unwilling to make a storage unit closer to the elevator without charging an arm and a leg. Space was clean and the staff was friendly, but I could say that about Aptos Storage too, and they have fair pricing !

A misunderstanding about cost at first but easily straightened out. Easy access despite being on third floor, helpful, polite staff. Lg enough for my needs, glad I chose this facility.

Everything was well explained so there were no problems in moving things into my unit.

The place is easy because it's not huge...its very clean with an elevator and good carts. The management was very helpful.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I understood the policies and rules. I feel honored and safe to be a part of this storage complex. Thank you!
