Advanced Mini Storage 2 - Murray

The first storage facility I used, was broken into TWICE. The next facility I went to, mice tore up over $10,000 worth of our stored Items. This one is by far the best facility in Town.

Customer service Representatives Mary & Marcus has Excellent customer service skills and they are very knowledgeable about their services. They were willing to answer any questions I may have had. I had a last minute move I needed somewhere close to a U-Haul and somewhere where the price was very fair and I found even better a cleaner secure site that was easy to rent it was simple and more so it was comfortable friendly environment very very helpful and I was overall pleased and signed without question because knowing my stuff is secure knowing my valuables were going to be okay and I was happy that I had winter and it's only a few hundred feet from U-Haul which was even even better.

Staff was very friendly and addressed all my concerns.

I would recommend this to any and everybody for sure......

The staff was very friendly and personable. There was a mistake with my reservation in the system but they honored my reservation. Also purchased some last minute moving supplies & found the prices very reasonable. Loved the boxes that look like the old travel trunks or even a treasure chest.

They Draw you in with the 50% off 1st Month but with all the other fees you really are paying maybe just 10.00 less than full price. Application Fee/Storage Insurance/Lock Fee 50% off turns into a few dollars off

They were very helpful and very polite got me in at the last minute when I really needed a unit !

Staff was great. They helped us out even though we got there before they were officially open for business that day. The only downsides are the lack of bathrooms and how early the gate access closes at. 6pm isn't late enough for some, but at least they open early.

I been doing auction with this company for years now and they are great! clean property friendly staff .

Cheap for what I was looking for

Helpful employees that took their time to explain. Didnt like mandatory insurance that increases monthly dues when you have your own. Very clean facility. Well secured.

....but when people do a good job they deserve to know. Girls were welcoming, even with it being busy. Professional, even when my humor wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. Clean. ONLY one thing, if you have a lot (like me) 6pm gate lock comes quick and keep track...donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cause yourself late check out by locking your keys in your unit (like me)! Sorry ladyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s, ty for understanding!

Excellent customer service and prices for storage units via sparefoot. Gate hours only go until 6pm, but they are looking to expand that soon.

Amanda was veryhelpful with showing us the unit and filling out the paperwork. When we arrived on Saturday to put items in the storage unit we arrived and entered the code that we set up on Friday and was denied access. I tried to put in the code a second time and entered the last number wrong and gained access by accident. The unit was to be swept out for us and when we arrived on Saturday morning the unit was still dirty. Was not swept out.

Bang for a buck. Decent place.

Very roomie and just perfect, not too pricey.

Overall a w wonderful clean place.

They have great pricing, other places I looked for can charge nearly 50% more. The units are pretty clean and each has a security system keyed to your own personal gate entry code. I've had some trouble with getting the correct unit, and the neighborhood isn't the greatest, but I haven't heard of any break ins so far.

I love this storage my mom does too.. I love that my stuff is safeГ°ЕёЛњВЌ
