Cheap decent service hard to get

The phone answering service needs work but the gal (Shelley-I believe was her name) in the office was very helpful & pleasant to work with.

Great customer service! My unit was swept beforehand! Overall, great experience so far!

Everybody was very nice there. The only complaint i have is the hours you can enter your unit. Most places allow you to go in until 7. I believe your place stops allowing you to go in at 5 because i tried to go in at 5:15 and was not allowed

Shelly was very friendly and very helpful. The unit was clean and fairly priced. I was very happy with the security they have now

The service and empathy from everyone made the situation so much better and took alot of stress of my shoulders. Please give these two a big thank you again from me and keep up the good work. We are all going through something, but the two of them set anything of theirs aside to make me feel better and smile. Thank you again.

This was a really cheap and good place to store my items. Candidly speaking, I do think they have a mice/rat problem, esp being near a field, but my items are in heavy duty bins and I'm not too worried. If I had lots of fabric items, or something that wasn't protected, it may be an issue for me.

Shelly was EXTREMELY helpful!!! But remember, BYOL (bring your own lock). A in space. Rented a 5x10, but units are deep!

I was helped by Shelci and a new employee (her first day). They were amazing! I loved the welcome I received and appreciated their thoroughness when it came to explaining dates, rules, payments, etc. I would definitely recommend this storage unit, and use it again myself if needed!

Shelli was professional and nice. When I got there at 9, she had someone ahead of me and told me a time of when she will be done. Very respectful and professional. She had a very busy morning from what I saw and didn't rush people or myself along. She took her time explaining how they do things and went over all the forms. She even tried to find a unit closer to the front instead of way in the back. I had a reservation so it made everything go by quicker, so that was nice.

The customer service here is outstanding! The young ladies were extremely busy, but took the time to show me the storage locker, register me and despite the late time, allowed me to move my things in. I was grateful and happy!

Booked this place through SpareFoot having never visited the site. My first impression was not amazing as they were incredibly short staffed and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t allow us to move in; to be fair it was a day before our reservation, so I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be too mad. When we returned she apologized, explained the staffing situation, and told us she was basically the only person overseeing both sites in the city. Other than that, the entire move in process went very smoothly and there were no other problems.

Rented a 5X10 unit at 2625 Monte Diablo, Stockton, CA on 12/11/21. Shelli Chew, the facility manager, was friendly and helpful. Left feeling like I was well taken care of. Shelli even found a unit that was close to the door so I would not have a long walk.

Affordable and spacious. Highly recommended to future renters. Secured electronic gate.

Well first off I was told that I only had to pay 40 something dollars by the people on the 800 number and they ended up making me pay 76 bucks

Needs cleaning in halls (seen a dead rodent) and maybe more surveillance, also it closes early and not open sundays but they are willing to help you if need it when closed

I LOVE the fact that it it right off the freeway! It is extremely easy to access and everybody has their own code to get in and out. The lady at the front desk typed my papers up in less than 10 minutes and she ensured I got the storage I was looking for. I got to look at a couple different ones before choosing and even got a discount on the first two months. DEFINITELY and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
