Good experience overall, no delays pretty straightforward and the place is clean

Good size storages for a great price

The team at Public storage only allow one customer in the office at a time. You must wear a mask and they wipe everything down once you finish with your transactions. I was happy to see that these contingencies were in place regardless of the inconvenience.

Service was excellent. And Melissa was very helpful.

The service has been good but our statement sent to us in an email was wrong. We called the facility and dealt with it but we shouldn't have to call. We were worried our first payment was gonna be late. The facility worker fixed the problem. Other than that it's an ok facility.

Kehlani did an awesome job helping me make sure i got the right storage size. Thank you so much!

Upon my arrival, the unit I originally booked was too small. So, the wonderful Manager (Stockton, West Lane location) found me a new unit very fast and helped me work on the price difference. Public Storage definitely was fast, easy, safe, and KIND. I do have a recommendation of having staff available to help unload (of course for an extra fee) just because my friends bailed so I had to unload some heavy equipment by myself and would not have minded paying extra for some help.

The young lady in front desk by the name of Ashley was a great help n made everything easy to understand. I was in n out pretty quick. The office was cool n the property was clean. I forget the name of the guy who helped me over the phone to register and Reserve my storage place but was a great help and kept it real professional. Thanks PS, DANIEL A.

It's a well kept priority at all times....the staff ASHELY AND MARY AND JOE WENT OVER AND Beyond for me every single month and they keep a smile on there face...I love it!!!! I've rented here for 5 months and I will return if need be...but to others your things Will be safe at this a faciltily

Customer service is great! Ashley and Mary are very helpful. I even got a second unit here an I'm very pleased.

I like this location because the young lady that works there she's very nice very helpful sincere she goes over and Beyond to assist if she don't know or can't help you she will call another location she's very patient I don't want from this location but I come here from time to time to make payments on my mother's storage space store is always open and available for my use unlike some locations

I strongly recommend public storage to everyone especially those in the moving process. Customer service is great. Mary was very helpful and efficient. 5 stars!!!

Reservation was a breeze and people are really nice and helpful, rental space was a perfect fit for my needs and clean, facility has a clean and odor-free restroom, accessing the gate is really easy with the gate code and hours are reasonable, I don't go there at night but if I did it's nice to know there's a security guard walking the grounds outside the gate. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
