I really liked the managers, real friendly, and efficient. This place is kinda tucked back on west lane so you can't see how big it is. It's huge. They don't charge an admin fee which saves you around 30 bucks right off the top. Their prices are pretty reasonable too.

For me, customer service is what I judge a business by. If it's bad, no matter what they have, I don't want it. I'm glad that at this storage facility I am greeted with a smile( behind a mask) every time. Very helpful and courteous and professional.

Staff is very friendly and compassionate, as well as professional. Norma the manager is very helpful and understanding. My hours were cut at my work because of the coronavirus situation but she waived the late fees on my account since Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been a customer for the past three years. I looked around at a lot of different facilities. And every one of them were to expensive for the size I was looking for. A fee of them sdid one thing on line and something totally different when I got to the facility.

It was a painless process from comparing different units at various facilities to finding the one that matched my needs and budget.

A lot of other storage facilities raised the prices once I got there. But they did exactly what they said they would do and no hidden charges.

The only problem for me is the price for such a small space but I'm cheap anyways so ignore me lol

What a pleasure it was coming in to the Space Station on West Lane in Stockton. From the moment I came in through the front door to the time I left with all our storage items securely locked up in an ultra clean environment, I had nothing but good memories provided by the staff and facilities. What a bargain to boot! Literally half the price that new storage facility was attempting to charge me. I opted to drive 6 miles further and saved half the rent. I'd do that anytime, day or night.

Its been 5 yrs and I have never been dissapointed in my dealings with them. They have always been helpful in every possible way. Thye always serve with a smile and positive manner. I love these people! Wish all were like them.

This is a very clean and secure storage facility, I'm very happy with my choice. And the people here are so nice, thank you.

Well they tell you no hidden fees but that's not true. I ran out of gas while I was in the facility and had to walk to get gas and so by the time I got back my son was waiting to empty the trailer but couldn't cause I had the key to the storage so by the time we finished it was about 10 minutes after gate hours and so they want to charge an extra $40.00 for that 10 minutes. Very unsatisfied customer.

The managers are very accommodating, units are clean, well-maintained and secure.

I had a great experience at this storage facility. Highly recomended! The managers are great,they work with you. Paperwork was very short. I ended up getting a 5x10 instead of a 5x6 unit ,I called ahead asked If I might upgrade. They were more than willing to accomidate me. Im so greatful to have found a storage place within my budget. Very pleased. I definately recomend this storage facility to everyone !
