I have been at the storage for a month I went to pay my bill 2 days early and as far as I knew it was $110 a month. Well they tell me it's $116 so I paid the $110 that I had and said I would be back with the $10 before my due date which gave me 2 days. And I did. So I was not late but the next time I go to my unit I can't get in no gate access. So told the guy who was very nice and he let me in the gate I go to my unit and it's locked too. I wasn't even late my GOD are they quick with it or what. And that leads me to think they are like predators waiting for you to screw up so they can start the process asap. Yea just pay on time and no problem. This is true. But because of this incident I just don't feel I can trust them with all my belongs. So I plan on getting a unit else where before the month is up. And moving all my things.yeah!!!! Not!!! I don't know about you but when I'm putting all my worldly belongings in the hands of a storage place. I want to feel secure about where I'm leaving it. And this place I didn't feel it.
