ever since it was taken over by new owners and name of storage company changed my rent has doubled

For some reason, the local police are quick to snatch up anyone doing crime around this facility. It's Stockton, so there are bound to be persons of ill intent, but let them try just one thing and next thing you know they're being hauled off to the clink. Your stuff is safe here.
