I upgrade to a different space I wish there where more senior dicounts

I was in and out, the process was very fast and they are very fast and it is very well priced!

Booked unit as far out as I could online, was worried that unit would be rented out to someone that needed it earlier. Unit was available and at the online monthly price. Paper work took longer than I expected. Jessica was friendly and helpful

They were ready with my reservation and very good about telling me all about the facility. Great place to store your motorhome or anything really. Very easy to deal with in this modern hurry up world. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s refreshing!

Friendly workers, it was very easy to get set up over the phone. Issac was very helpful and kind.

It was great having the whole thing be contactless, being able to do the paperwork before hand made the process really easy. All the units are drive up, nice and easy. We saw on the RV side a really nice station for washing the RV

Good pricing for covered RV parking. Hector was very pleasant to work with while completing lease agreement.

Super easy and accommodating.! I had to change my move-in date multiple times but it was available and easy to set up each time. Mayra helped get everything situated and showed me where the storage unit was and everything 10/10 would recommend.!

This was a great experience. Booking was easy, payment was easy and setting up autopayment and completion of all paperwork, so that all I would have to do is drive in was a phenomenal. Phone call that followed made sure I was satisfied and ready to check in without any visit to their office. Drove and parked my boat straight into the parking space I had booked. Gate code makes it easy to recover and deposit my boat.

I made a reservation online and called to verify the price and availability...Brandy helped me with a nice actitute the whole time. I moved in the same day and I'm satisfy with the price and service received

Great place to store my stuff. No nosy manager or owner driving around in a golf cart every 5 minutes looking inside my storage like at my last storage unit the storage place in Riverside. And I have access until 10 p.m. instead of 5:30.

The office staff was very professional, helpful and friendly, i ended up getting the wrong size unit and they had no problem helping me switch units. Also they have easy access in and out, with a trailer that is a huge plus. Thank you!

I went online to look for a storage unit and decided to visit their website! Within minutes I was able to reserve a storage unit. The staff was friendly, the site was very clean and secure. The price was great and they had a move in special! Highly recommend this facility!

Wasn't swept dirty in storage but the employware cool

Units are easy to access and well kept. Initial paperwork can take a while, especially if other tenants are moving in the same time you are. If a current owner paperwork is REALLY FAST just have to print and sign one page. Price is good but be warned they often increase within 6mons-yr. Also make sure you bring a copy of home owners insurance that covers belongings offsite of your home address or u will have to add the $10/mo protection plan. Initial sign up fee of $15. Only allowed to use certain locks (as main lock) can buy on site $10, which is fair they are $10-15 at other locations.

Customer service was great, our storage space was very clean and it was the best price in town.

The staff went out of their way to help us coordinate our storage and truck rental. They helped make a busy day less stressful. Thanks guys.

Stax-Up really came through for us when we needed it the most! After the cost of moving & travelling, my mom needed to store all of her possessions, & at the cheapest amount possible! Plus, because she owns almost all of my late grandmother's & great grandmother's family heirlooms, she not only needed the least expensive storage, she needed a clean, & safe facility; which, BTW, still has ample room left over for anything else she may want to store.

They claimed to have sent us notification by mail, in February of 2014, that evidence of Home Owners Insurance would be required or StaxUp Storage Insurance would be applied to our account at $9.00 per month starting March 1, 2014. We did not receive this notification. They could not provide us with any proof that they had either sent us this notification or that we had received such notification. The monthly billing is to our credit card. We didn't discover the change in billing until March of 2015. StaxUp Storage refused to credit our account for the $117.00 they charged us for insurance. We do have Home Owners Isurance and we would have provided the necessary proof of Insurance.

We rented a covered storage place for our 40 ft motorhome. We asked the employee if the spot would be sizewise good enough for our rig. We were told it would be totally ok. What we were not told was that the clearance was under 12 ft, because a beam was running crosswise through some of the storage sites. Trusting and not measuring costed us our satellite dish. We could not get hold of somebody the same day to ask for a different site, because it was already 6 pm. We parked the motorhome in a different spot and came back the next morning. Any responsibility was denied. The employee was very friendly and felt sorry for us but renting out a spot for an RV without proper information of the clearance is just not acceptable. We got a different spot with enough clearance but the damage is done.

Just moved in this month but everything went well upon check-in. So far...so good!

This is a true story....My friend had their trailer stolen from this place. So I moved my stuff out. I was scared. if thieves know they can get in they will come back for other things. Staff told them Cameras were out and they knew it.

went online -- did recerch online about all facilities including pricing and specials and location near us -- Freedom Storage was the best deal. So far very happy.
