StaxUP Storage - Sun City

The location I chose was clean and easy to get to. My move was seamless. The agent guided me into selecting the correct storage space for my belongings.

Kevin the manager at the facility made the process of payment and getting what I needed to move into my storage unity easy and complete.

I had rented storage 4mos no issue. My son rented 2mos.while we was out of state they said are code wad used to break in facility and units broke into. They said they will no longer allow us to rent there. Now mind you 1/2 time gates are open for anyone. Yet they blamed us and we had no recourse to this action this just bad supervision or management.

It's all right the prices are okay but the hallways on the inside storages or very dark there's no lighting inside or anything

From the call to sparefoot to the paperwork at StaxUp Storage in Sun City the transactions were easy.

Mark is the one who made this experience seamless. We had some issues , but Mark handled them like a pro.. he was ill for the days we were there and still maintained a level of professionalism.. all the while smiling and making better recommendations. I understand the person who is there now is not Mark and totally opposite of Mark... I would not send anyone there with the new guys attitude. unless you change him or his attitude to be more a receptive customer service , We chose this place due to the closeness to the residence. There is another storage around the corner that offers the truck free with the storage. That might be something you may consider. ,

(StaxUp in Sun City, CA) Apparently the management company does not filter out incompetency and/or not pay them well. Three times I was inside waiting - both over 1/2 hour, and since they're also a U-Haul, there's lots of foot traffic. They must not be trained on how to handle multiple customers (let alone acknowledge you're waiting 20-30 minutes). Second, the staff seems poorly trained, and heard WAY too much about their personal life than I cared to know. I ended up not having my code work, because the staff not thinking to hit the "Activate" button. After driving 3 hours and out a tank of gas, I returned the next morning with my load. The only thing the manager could do was to ask me if that was it?!! If it was my business, I would have deeply apologized, as well as erased the current month's costs. Really??? Highly disappointed. Two family members need storage. I won't be recommending them. They will also lose my business. I will be moving to a competitor. Huge inconvenience, but this facility doesn't deserve to take more of my money if they are incompetent. They're only blocks from several other storage companies, so please be aware. If you need to get things done professionally, and done right the first time, this isn't the place for you. I hope upper management takes note of this disaster of a 'team'.
