Great awesome staff. I am disabled and was personally help walk to my unit. What compassion. Thumbs up.

All the customer service and the organization of the facility are good except there is no light in the storage room.

The staff was very helpful and quick, walking me to my unit to be sure that everything was working well. In addition, the facility is really clean and well-organized. They have really thought through the process of obtaining and moving into a unit so directions for all the processes are clear. I did have a little trouble setting up my on-line account - possibly my own fault - but I think it could be improved a bit.

Convenient location, good service

Their software and signs on the property are really bad making customer service worse. Their agents don't get the right info or don't have access to do many things. All they do is redirect users to use the app.

I moved from a different storage place and this place was less expensive and Cleaner. If you are on an upper floor, you have to take the elevator and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little bit of a hassle to type in your code before using the elevator.

I like that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s right off the free way. The app makes it nice to be able to get in and out of the elevator without having to manually put in the code every time.

Secure and safe facility with excellent management and service from the staff.

The facilities are good. I am grateful for the space. Parking and access to the elevator are a bit of a challenge at times.

Much cheaper than alternatives in the area. Good condition all the same.

I was told by One customer service agent at one of the public storage facilities that they usually raise rates every 6 months.ﾃｰﾅｸﾋ慊｡ﾃｰﾅｸﾂ､ﾂｬnow that I completed my registration and paid,that it states that my rates will be raised in 3 months so I do not like that idea at all.ﾃｰﾅｸﾂ､ﾂｬﾃｰﾅｸ窶佛ｽﾃｰﾅｸ窶佛ｽﾃｰﾅｸ窶佛ｽﾃｰﾅｸ窶佛ｽﾃｰﾅｸﾋ慊｡ if I knew that would look elsewhere for a facility that locks in the rate for a longer period

New facility and access controlled by floor. A very nice storage option!

Good facility and attractive price.

Listing storage prices without insurance is on the cusp of false advertising and then specifying a 5x5 locker without letting you know that it is a 5x5x4 only half the size that you would expect was totally misleading! And having to do an online check in without having the ability to see for yourself until you have no other options. . . I felt a bit swindled
