So far, my experience with PS in Mountain View has been totally positive. Easy sign-up procedure, a clean and secure storage facility for our stuff, and easy access to the site with the security code. Host Agent Parvin answered all questions and concerns.

Parvin was the most helpful guy and very friendly. Helped me to what I had to do. Big Thanks for him.

Clean units, driveways are clean and spacious. Units are also well lit and clean. Overall very satisfied with the service I have received.

Agent was very helpful and willing to stay overtime to check us in. It was a last minute move and time was of the essence. Thank you very much.

I've never rented a storage unit before, but Peggy made it extremely easy and fast. Price is reasonable and the location seems super safe. Best of all, the recycling center is just down the block. The unit is exactly what I needed! I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

Facility Impeccably clean, secure, very well-maintained. All the units are drive-ups, which is an extreme convenience. Most places charge extra for that convenience, but this location's prices were actually *lower* than all the other competitors I surveyed. Units My unit was completely clean and clear of any debris or dust when I moved my stuff in. California experienced unusually heavy rains thanks to El Nino this year, but my storage unit stayed completely dry throughout all the heavy downpours. In fact, my condo leaked, but my storage unit did not. Management The clean, professional way the place is run is thanks to Peggy, the facility manager. She is highly efficient while still radiating kindness and good humor. No high-pressure tactics that make you feel uncomfortable, just smooth, efficient service with a great attitude. Things are done promptly, on time, with perfect follow-through.

Your Manager, Peggy, is a jewel. She was organized, knowledgeable and very helpful. All my questions were answered. My unit was ready and very clean. During a stressful and complicated move, it is a relief to know that I have a place to store everything that will not fit into the new condo. Obviously a well run company. Thank you!

With a fabulously efficient, effective and friendly manager (Diane) and a well laid out facility, I don't think I could have done any better for my storage needs.
