Our experience has been great since our first call to Public Storage at 1987 Old Middlefield Way, Mountain View, CA. The person who answered the phone provided all the information I needed to make a decision. He was very friendly and helpful. Then we went to look at the facility in person. Everything was clean and well kept. It was very easy. We were moving from our current location to this much closer location to our business. Umer is the person that we worked with to get us set up and rent a unit. He has been super anytime we had a question. And was great when we let him know we needed to rent a 2nd unit. Great experience. great service. and most of all friendly staff at this location. Thanks Umer for all your support during our transition!

When you live in a smaller place, a storage unit is sometimes a must. And when you use a storage unit, you want it to be clean, convenient, and safe, both for your belongings and for you while you use it. This storage facility is all of the above; we've had a unit here for two years now, and have nothing but good things to say. Why am I writing a review of a storage unit? They're great and all, but there are others, aren't there? Well, this one has a particularly great manager--Umer is friendly and helpful, and exactly the kind of person I want and trust to be watching over my things.
