The customer service was great! Wish the advertised $1 for the first month applied to all the units - The rep let me know the unit I chose was only 50% off the first month. Not his fault though - he was great.

I had to find a storage unit for my daughter moving out of her dorm room for the summer months and I had a wonderful experience here over the phone. The owner seemed trustworthy and was very responsive to my needs. I would recommend!

Ed and Jenny (Property Managers) were great. I have been with them for 1 year now and they are both very friendly and always helpful. I'd use this location any day of the week because of how nice they are.

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and also articulate. In all the time I had my storage there, I never had any problems. No leaks / floods, no break-ins, no other problems. I just wish the prices were cheaper.. but oh well. It is what it is. Moving in as well moving out was a piece of cake.

Kept items in a storage unit there for just over a year until I moved into an apt suitable for all my belongings. This was my first experience ever having to rent a storage unit so I having nothing to compare my experience to, but I imagine that my stay at this location with Ed & Jenny will be very very hard to top! No issues in my storage unit at all; didnt see any insects or have any foul smells. The facility is in great shape and I felt secure with my belongings there especially with Ed & Jenny keeping an eye on the property at all times. They truly care about their customers needs and seem to establish great relationships with everyone there.I looked forward to going there from time to time because of them, and anyone i went there with also felt the same way :)
