Sheila was very friendly yet professional.

Over all my experience was amazing. the lady who helped us was fantastic! Her name was Sheila. She was so helpful and very friendly. if I ever need a storage unit again I will always go back to this specific place just because of Sheila.

The service was really good, but whenever I started moving, I realized that the elevator security access code is not working anymore and has been disabled. So, I can just take the elevator to my storage unit without having to enter a code.

I showed up to the Lafayette Street location and Cindy was extremely helpful. Additionally, the facilities seemed great!

Lydia is great !She made the process super quick and easy !

Site manager is very helpful and friendly. Gives great advise and good suggestions. Units are clean though no light in the units, only in hallways.

Public Storage Santa Clara is a wonderful place! The manager Diana and Dylia are so nice! At the day of moving, due to hours raining, moving truck arrived just 5 minutes before 6:00PM, so sorry that we wasted Dylia's time, after she finished the check-in for me, it was almost 30 minutes and she needed 1 hr to get home. Thanks Dylia! William Lee

A great location and amiable staff. Has good aminut if storage places staring from 1st to 4 the floor. Leticia at the front desk is always ready to help and possess great customer service skills. Very friendly and caring for customer asks , wants and Ready to help. She shows a great commitment and follows up incase you need something or they need something. Thats a plus point.

Great service! Leticia is super nice and helped my wife and I out with a couple storage units. She made sure everything was super clear and easy to understand on the paperwork and got us all setup very quickly! She is always super friendly and helps us out every time we are there!

This review is long over do. This facility is better than other storages i have used in the past. The staff is extremely helpful. Leticia is great if I could give her 6 stars i would. She is so nice and quick to take care of any issues or concerns. The facility is also very clean and safe.
