The lady who set up the reservation to sparrow was amazingly hopeful and patient. I had to switch back-and-forth multiple times and put her on hold because of work and she was just as friendly impatient as ever. Including the manager of the complex was helpful even after hours they set everything up I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need to meet anybody. I have the gate code and the lock and the keys ready to go. I would recommend them in this place to anyone.

There is no electricity and our neighbors got their catalytic converter stolen from their tv in the parking lot (cameras werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working) but otherwise fine storage

I made the reservation online for my Second storage unit. The quote online for this second unit was $1 for storage plus $24 admin fee for the first month. $135 per month there after, on a month by month basis. When I arrived at the office, to complete the paperwork, I was told that the $1 for first month did not apply to me because I was already a customer. This is not the way to treat a well established customer of 13 years. Especially since my current unit rate increases $25 per month on my annual anniversary. Also, I disagree about the admin fee when I did the paperwork on my computer before I went to the office. Richard Ingles.

I was having a bad day and I was a bit cranky because of the weather and headache. I was storage hopping to figure out what I needed and the rates. I've had bad experience from the past so I was hesitant. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by a warm vibe and welcoming smile. Jediah was a great help, making sure I understood what information was shared between us. She was not only informative in a professional level but I also felt appreciated as a customer. Service was amazing and will recommend family and friends thanks to Jediah! Great job, Public Storage!

Service was wonderful, location is pretty run down. There are holes in my unit and the surrounding security fence is not that great. Bathroom is disgusting. BUT it gets the job done.

The initial registration and set up was a breeze. I first went to another location and the person behind the desk asked my needs, then referred me to a better location with the space that I required for a better price.Very helpful and friendly staff.
