I had a great experience. The staff was very courteous and patient.

Russell was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions without hesitation. As for the location – I've been renting here for a while but recently needed to get a larger unit. I continue to rent from this location because of the cleanliness and convenience of where it's located. My only gripe is that I wish access hours went later (they end at 6pm); it's sometimes difficult to get there after work when I need to without being rushed, especially with traffic.

I found spare foot website on line as I was searching for pricing on storage space . This Was the least expensive way to rent from public storage then going in person or their direct webpage . Very convenient.

Everything went smoothly when checking in on move-in day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Liz was especially attentive and making sure I had everything I needed.

The move was smooth, the only issue occurred when we needed to open the gate, it does not open through the text message as advertised. The business' app does not work. But the place is clean, safe, and the pricing is reasonable.

I got things that I wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need until next time I move. This offers an affordable solution to those stuff that I have no space to store in my small studio apartment. Also shoutout to Hannah from Stewart who gave excellent tour to the property and helped me out throughout the whole move in process.

Ordered online. Was fast easy and convenient. Did even have to go in the office but I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t read that the lock was in the unit and staff was very nice and helpful.

There are some other hidden fees like $20 locker fee and insurance $15. So the fees listed here are not accurate.

This space is perfect for our needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful, facilities seem clean and secure, and everything is easy to access.

I've been using Public Storage for over 5 years, and I need to move to a larger unit. The staff at the Sunnyvale officer were great. I was able to double the size of my storage unit, and the new unit was only feet away from my old unit, so it was really easy to move everything.

Tammy was great, the whole process was great, and the facilities are clean. Everything was very easy.

Showed up without a move-in appointment on a Saturday. The gentleman who helped us fit us in and got us going quickly. We were grateful for his efforts. He explained everything well and found room for us in the busy schedule.

Great customer service, but I am frustrated with the policies. I cancelled my unit four days after renting it without ever moving anything in. I was unable to return the keys and lock and did not receive a refund for the rest of the month I had pre-paid.

We've been at this location for years but recently decided we needed a larger unit. Kelly was very helpful and nice and got everything done in a flash. The property is also very clean and well lighted and the location times are really convenient. No complaints! We moved out of our unit March of 2017 and Rachelle and Stephen were great. They were helpful and friendly and made our move out a breeze. If we ever need storage again we'll definitely use Public Storage.

The drive up unit is clean and level. Access is very good. The unit is not climate controlled. What the unit needs is an interior light.

There are always small things that could be improved - having to work around elevators being called while you're still trying to unload them is frustrating. Not being able to access moving equipment after the office closes is inconvenient. Overall though I'm very pleased with my experience so far. I do wish all policies were explained before payment has been taken. For example I only learned that if I left before the 10th the month would be pro-rated, after paying for the entire month. Not an issue this time since I plan on staying longer.

It was a joy to be a customer. They had a lot of people coming in and out of the office but they still made me feel like I was important as well as the others who came in. They also have a lot of supplies to help me pack. Most of all, they were all very friendly and pleasing to the customers. Great experience overall.

Recently I validated my reservation, and received excellent customer service from the property manager Alexandrea, She was so helpful in showing me how to open and lock my storage room, and all the directions and terms of the contract. I have been back to twice now to place more stuff in my storage locker, and have received great help from the staff in regards to my questions or purchasing more supplies.

I ride a motorcycle from airport to airport and I leave my bike in storage when I am away from it. Public storage is always the best choice because wherever the facility is; the service and the units are consistently good. My bike considers Public Storage it's KOA. I have been moving a series of bikes around the country for many years and have a list of near a hundred storage facilities that are near airports. My rentals ( motorcycle ) rides are once a month so I sure appreciate the first month discount. It would also help if my paperwork traveled with me.

Yuri and the other front office folks are great! They took care of me late on a Saturday afternoon, just 30 minutes before closing. The security at the Santa Clara Stewart location is great, the facilities are clean, and the drive-in access is simple/easy. The newly built climate-controlled building is fantastic. My only complaint was that there simply aren't enough carts to share with other patrons. A place this large should have plenty of dollies or flatbed carts. But I only saw maybe two when I was there.

My wife and I are having our first baby, due in 2 months. It will be nice if we can get 24 hr access to our storage space incase we need something after hours.

I just rented my 4th storage locker, two at one facility and two at another. The process to sign-up is time consuming and wasteful. I can understand not having access to data from another location, but having to complete all of the paperwork for a second locker at the same site is wasteful and the process needs streamlining.

The Good: The employees were extremely friendly. They seem to enjoy their jobs, which makes for an easy move-in. The Bad: The required insurance is ridiculous. If it is required, I would prefer that it is included in the advertised price of the storage unit. Furthermore, it is frustrating that it is required and the employees had no idea what the insurance does and does not cover. Is it not possible to have a copy of the insurance coverage available at the facility?

This is a great affordable alternative to renting a home with an attached garage. P.S. is conveniently located near to my home and office, so I can easily stop by any time I need to. You have a good selection of possible garage sizes, so it's easy to pick one that is appropriate for you. There are good security features to the complex and I feel confident in leaving my belongings in the garage.
